Why the hell do I like to program in Java ? Because
it's (now) opensource, it's fast, it runs everywhere even on my mobile,
and you can use very powerful frameworks. I have no more time to loose,
reinventing the wheel each time, so I like Java !
MJCalc is a simple to use MIDP mortgage/loan calculator. The best financial calculators I've seen were available on PalmOS, which I stopped using a few decades ago. So I had to rewrite one.
